You will coordinate hospitality bookings, meeting rooms and events, organise the team and make sure each service is prepared and delivered beautifully. THE ROLE 

  • Coordinate daily hospitality bookings, meeting rooms, lunches and events
  • Plan each service carefully, ensuring timings, set-ups and team requirements are organised in advance
  • Lead and support the hospitality hosts during service, setting consistently high standards
  • Deliver polished meeting room, fine dining, canapé and event service
  • Ensure rooms and hospitality areas are prepared beautifully and to the correct specification
  • Liaise closely with the kitchen and wider catering team to ensure every booking runs seamlessly
  • Use booking systems, email and Microsoft Office confidently to manage information and communicate requirements
  • Allocate daily duties and help organise the team around the hospitality schedule
  • Respond calmly and professionally to last-minute changes and special requests
  • Maintain excellent presentation, service and attention to detail throughout the day
  • Support stock control and ensure equipment, linen and service items are prepared and available
  • Maintain excellent food safety, allergen, hygiene and health and safety standards

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Strong experience as a Senior Hospitality Assistant, Hospitality Host, Team Leader or Hospitality Supervisor
  • Experience within premium contract catering, five-star hotels, fine dining or another high-end hospitality environment
  • Excellent knowledge of meeting room hospitality, events, fine dining and canapé service
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple bookings and changing priorities
  • Confident computer skills, including email, booking systems and Microsoft Office
  • A polished, professional approach with exceptional service standards
  • Natural leadership skills and the confidence to guide and support a hospitality team
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
